Shipping & Return Policies

SHIPPING

Free ground shipping on all domestic orders over $150 retail.  We will always do our best to ship orders within 24-48 hours of order placement.  

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached.  If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please alert us and we’ll make things right.

If the item was a gift and you DO NOT have the receipt, you will be issued a gift card in the amount of last known sale price. If you can provide a receipt or other proof of purchase, we will refund you the paid amount in the form of a gift card to your account.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@stellarstyleatl.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

*NOTE* - mail returns will be subject to a $7.00 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimwear, accessories and beauty and wellness products.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.  Shipping fees are non - refundable and will not be included in your refund.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
